Let`s work together - some few important details:
We have more than 22 years of experience in the support and shipping of products for our customers. Actually we have an increased demand from customers from abroad, the following must be clarified in advance so that you and we save our time:
- Since our credit insurance is not liable for customers outside Germany, all orders for companies located outside Germany must be paid in advance without exception.
- Payment must be made after receipt of the order confirmation.
- We can only ship within the EU and EFTA.
- We act according to our terms and conditions. We cannot sign contracts according to which we act according to your terms and conditions.
- Shipping charges are based on the value of the goods and the country it is shipped to.
- Orders that have to be sent in large numbers to individual addresses are charged with an additional project fee, this depends on the effort.
- We send our goods directly from the distribution, the products are not in our location on stock.
- Shipments are sent by the logistic company GLS or DHL.
- Projects with a very high number of pieces are excluded from this rule, please contact us separately.
For Apple products please note:
- All Apple devices are only available with a German power supply and the appropriate voltage.
- Keyboard configurations are identical to those available from Apple. (German/US/British etc.)
- We offer ABM/DEP for MDM bookings free of charge, please let us know the organization number.
- Please note that we are only allowed to book DEP on your own account, sale of DEP-able products to third parties is not permitted.

- To verify your identity, we need the DUNS number of your company. Please send the number to us with a reference to your imprint of your website.
- We need for transaction your VAT#.
- Please let us know the quantity, product number, invoice and delivery address.
