Can I order Apple devices in larger quantities?

Yes. Bulk orders are part of our everyday business. We provide consolidated quotes and coordinate configuration and delivery – including to multiple addresses or international locations.

Does Denkform deliver Apple devices outside the region?

Yes, nationwide and internationally. We supply businesses throughout the Rhine-Main region – Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt, Offenbach, Hanau, Fulda, Gießen, Koblenz, Mannheim and Heidelberg – as well as across Europe and to selected countries worldwide.

Can Denkform configure devices before delivery?

Yes. We set up devices prior to shipment on request: MDM enrolment via Apple Business Manager, app pre-installation, keyboard language, user profile and more. New employees can use their device immediately, with no IT effort required.

What payment terms apply when buying through Denkform?

Payment is by bank transfer. For invoicing we require a valid VAT number. Credit card payment is not currently available.

Can I lease Apple devices through Denkform instead of buying?

Yes. Via Apple Financial Services we offer flexible leasing models with predictable monthly rates and an upgrade option at the end of the term. Get in touch for an individual quote.

Does Denkform offer support after the purchase?

Yes. From AppleCare management and MDM setup to training and technical support – we support you beyond the purchase. Many of our clients have been long-term partners for years.
