Denkform - our guidelines
Denkform GmbH has been subject to German law since it was founded in 2001. We are committed to complying with applicable national laws and regulations and to making our day-to-day decisions on this basis and in line with our defined values.
Our business relationships extend beyond Germany's borders, so we consider it a matter of course that we also comply with international legal regulations. This also means that we do not take part in activities based on fraud, misappropriation, extortion, theft, embezzlement or any other deliberate financial harm to our customers or third parties.

As a family business, our guiding values are responsibility, stability, continuity, cohesion and reliability. Failure to comply with our guidelines can cause considerable damage, not only to our company but also to our employees and business partners. We do not tolerate violations of the guidelines. Depending on the severity of the violation, anyone who breaches them must expect consequences ranging from measures under employment law and civil claims for damages to criminal sanctions. These guidelines therefore supplement our corporate philosophy and contractual employment agreements.
