IT from a single source – sourcing the full range of current digital solutions, bundled from the best channels...

Our collaboration with pme Familienservice began 10 years ago. At the start, procuring Apple products was the top priority. Even then, all the in-house IT staff had plenty to do, as 2,200 employees wanted to be looked after and cared for. The need for MDM and its implementation as a project soon followed.

All the people (and many animals) at pme are deeply warm-hearted, and there is a real human touch. Everyone can feel the team spirit immediately, and Alexa (Managing Director) has brought the now more than 2,200 employees together as one big family (we think that’s where the term “Familienservice” – family service – comes from 🤗). We would even call it Family-as-a-Service, “FaaS”.

What makes IT Fulfillment at pme different from all our other customers? Their technical needs are just as diverse as pme’s B2B range of services in the field of work-life balance. As an experienced digital provider, we receive requests from pme for everything that uses electricity or sees the light of day in the IT world – and procure most of it, whether it’s a power strip, unusual gadgets or complete conference room equipment. Whatever the pme IT heart desires, we make it happen.

Online? No – always personal and better than any AI. “Why do I need AI when I have Andreas?” was one compliment we received.
