Comprehensive protection
Apple's standard warranty covers manufacturing defects – nothing more. AppleCare+ goes significantly further: accidental damage such as cracked screens, liquid damage and component failures are all covered. Simple repairs
AppleCare holders benefit from prioritised repair processes. Particularly relevant for businesses: Apple's Self Service Repair programme allows certain repairs using genuine parts to be carried out in-house – ideal for IT departments with their own technician teams.

Longer warranty period
Apple devices are typically used for 3–5 years. AppleCare extends warranty coverage accordingly, protecting the entire productive lifecycle of a device. Combined with a leasing agreement, AppleCare provides complete end-to-end cover – from commissioning through to return.

Access to software support

By when does AppleCare+ need to be purchased?
AppleCare+ must be taken out within 60 days of the device purchase. We recommend booking it directly at the time of purchase through Denkform – it saves an extra step later.
Is AppleCare available for older devices?
AppleCare+ can only be taken out for new or near-new devices. For older devices outside the AppleCare window, we'll work with you to explore alternatives.
Can AppleCare+ be booked for multiple devices at once?
Yes. For business customers, AppleCare+ is available across larger device quantities. Denkform handles the booking and management centrally for your entire Apple fleet.
Is AppleCare+ genuinely worth it for businesses?
For a single device, the calculation is straightforward. For a fleet of 20, 50 or 100 devices, AppleCare+ typically pays for itself through avoided repair costs after just a few incidents per year – with the added benefit of fixed monthly costs for predictable budgeting.
What is the difference between AppleCare and AppleCare+?
